Refund Policy

• Rental Agreements with E-Z Self Storage are on a month to month basis.
• The rental period begins on the day the lease is signed and continues on the first of each month. 
• All rent is due on the first of each month. If you have not completed a move out form and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the first of each month, full rent is due for that month. 
• Rent will not be pro-rated for move-outs.  If the tenant moves out mid-month without giving notice, the tenant agrees to pay a full months rent.
• The security deposit is refundable provided that a move out form is given by the tenant, the unit is left clean and empty and all rents are current and paid in full. 
• Refunds are mailed to the last address as provided by the Tenant on the move out form and may take 2 – 3 weeks to process.
